We believe in building trust first. We create the initial draft of your website and send it to you for review. Only once you're completely satisfied with the design and approve it do we process payment and continue with full development.
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not happy with our service. Please note that domain registration costs (typically around $20) cannot be refunded, as our domain provider doesn't offer refunds for registrations.
Website maintenance is included in all our plans with different hours based on your tier! Basic plans include 1 hour/month, Standard plans include 5 hours/month, and Professional plans include 10 hours/month plus unlimited text changes. Simply let us know what changes you'd like to make, and our team will handle everything for you. Whether it's updating content, adding new features, or making design tweaks, we're here to keep your site fresh and current. Additional hours are available at $50/hour if needed.
We understand that circumstances can change. You can cancel your service at any time. If you cancel after 30 days, the service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
